Citylofts Sudirman is good place to have your office if you are an early stage startup. I say this because each unit perhaps has a maximum capacity to contain 20 people. Which is an average headcount of most early stage startups. And also because the rent for this building is arguably low compared to other buildings in the area.<br /><br />Location wise, Citylofts has a huge advantage. As it is located in the central metropolitan business area of Jakarta. So if you need an office space with quick access to Sudirman, Kuningan, SCBD, Senayan, that is affordable, then perhaps this building may be one of your consideration. <br /><br />If you're traveling via public transportation such as TransJakarta or the Commuter train, Citylofts is a good place to have an office. The nearest TransJakarta bus shelter is Karet Sudirman. Which is about a 5-10 minute walk from Citywalk. While the nearest train station is Sudirman for those traveling the Bogor - Kota route, and Palmerah train station for the Tanah Abang - Bintarao route.<br /><br />One of the major perks of having your office in Citylofts is that you get the benefit of having Citywalk Sudirman downstairs. Citywalk has a variety of restaurants, cafes, and other food vendors. So you'll have no trouble if you need to meet your clients for instance to have a meeting.<br /><br />Where I can see the building improve is in their elevators. Due to the many tenants, the elevator tends to get really crowded and will usually take a significant amount of time to wait for one to arrive. A sometimes-poor telecommunication reception is perhaps another downside of the building. As based on my personal experience and feedback from some of our employees, there are spots in the office where you just can't receive a phone call. The last thing I would add to the negative side of this building is the traffic surrounding it. As one would know that KH Mas Mansyur traffic during rush hour in the morning and after office hour is one of the worst.<br /><br />In conclusion, having an office in Citylofts Sudirman has been a good experience overall.
