The East building has a strategic location, have a good prestise and has a nice facility such cafe,coffeshop,banking,travel agent,etc.The access to go there quite easy.Near a South Jakarta mall such ambasador,kuningan city also lotte shopping avenue.

The East lokasi masih kurang strategis, notabene berada di lokasi yang macet. Space parkir disini kurang dan terbatas. Sistem management perlu ditingkatkan.

Selama di The East semuanya berjalan baik dan bagus. Kekurangan nya toilet tidak terlalu bersih dikarenakan di lantai ini terlalu banyak tenant.
