Sejauh ini tidak ada masalah, tetapi yang sering trouble adalah lift nya, apalagi lift barang nya sering terjadi kerusakan. Untuk air di toilet kadang kurang bersih. Lokasi sudah strategis tetapi jauh dari kendaraan umum.
