Secara lokasi cukup strategis dan terjangkau. Untuk traffic tidak begitu parah. Gedung ini termasuk gedung tua tetapi masih terawat.

Akses jalan menuju kesini tidak begitu traffic (macet). Sangat dekat dengan mall dan pusat perbelanjaan. Overall sudah baik gedung nya.

Review saya, gedung ini tampak dari depan seperti gedung perkantoran, tetapi tidak sebagus dari tampak depan karena space lobby masing-masing lantai kecil.
