Transportasi gedung sangat mudah dari segi akses, Fasilitas Gedung juga sangat mudah dari dekat dengan hotel dan mall. Namun dari segi Building Management sungguh merupakan tantangan yang cukup berat karena peraturan yang sangat strict namun implementasikasinya kurang konsisten karena seringkali disalahgunakan oleh pihak-pihak terkait. Disebut tantangan karena kami terikat perjanjian sewa hingga 5 tahun ke depan.
